Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TowerLifeCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
